I can prove I bought it and if it was or is solen I would be glad to help and give it back and tell em whwer and who I received it from. ok well i did just that he told me did and then i tried to do it all again but still the same thing again this time I told them i did every thing i was suppose to if for some reason it didn't work can you please let the person who's names is on it at this time please let them know i have there wnvr and *************************************************************** know and I would be glad to give it back to them and the name of the person I bought it from they haven't did anything ni dont think. so I got ahold of night owl customer service to get it working correctly and when I did after following everything they told me to do still no registering i ask the problem they said the ************** WQRM 2EI1 / WNVR-WNIP2-1-CN4 I told them where i got it at and my name and all they told me to get ahold of him and have his name took of my wnvr. then after realizing that i wanted more cameras so i look again and found 10 cameras to go with my wnvr turns out buy the same individual and so I purchased them there so suppose to function as intended bla bla bla.everything was great I had them installed around my house then came time to register them so i can use them online n use the app that's intended to use with them to monitor my cameras away from home but i had trouble registering them. it was a newly used wnvr by night owl which i ended up purchesing. Hello im *********************** i was a previous owner of a night owl security system but i wanted to up date my old one for newer during shopping online i i was alerted that they being **** was still wanting me to receive or get what i wanted and showed me similar alternatives which was the same thing I was addressing about. After 3 years of trying to make do with this product I am done By the time I started having issues ******* wouldn't take it back or exchange. There should have been a warranty extension due to the pandemic and being unable to get proper assistance. Everytime I called any resolutions regarding any complaints took multiple calls and sometimes never resolved. Can't even rest the password for added security because an email never is sent to be able to do so in the first place. The app constantly disconnects itself and on top of that when attempting to reconnect won't do so. The app is terrible and I cannot review or playback anything and this has been going on for years. All in all I estimate I lost just over ****. I have had to replace three cameras within the first 6 months due to failure. if the system actually worked in alarming me that a predator was after my livestock they would still be alive. What a joke this camera system and app has been nothing more than a prop to deter than actually protect a single woman who lives alone who has been SA, and robbed. I purchased a wired security system back in 2020 as it came recommend. ![]()
